About Our Client
Business analyst - Salesforce
Our client is looking for an experienced commercial business analyst to join their thriving manufacturing business based in the North West. The ideal candidate will have had some exposure to market insight tools and understand the value of collating this data from digital platforms in order to enhance overall business performance/improvements from a commercial aspect. You must be a strong communicator with an in depth understanding of business analysis processes and methods, including requirements gathering, organisation and business structure; as well as understanding systems implementation and its efficiencies. Previous experience creating an initial roadmap through to business as usual is essential.
Job Description
- Understanding compliance around systems within Sales and marketing
- Gathering requirements and creating roadmaps
- Outlining and communicating any IT changes in line with digital systems analysis and improvements made
- Communicating with key stakeholders
- Aiding support and maintenance of salesforce
- Organisation and working to tight deadlines
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have the following: Business analyst - Salesforce
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong communication
- Experience working on digital commercial projects (Sales, marketing, manufacturing)
- Highly experienced with salesforce
- Must be able to work on own initiative
- BCS- Business analysis qualification (or other relevant certificate)
- An analytical approach to problem solving
