About Our Client
This housing association strives to be recognised as the best in London for their homes and services. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they have recently launched a new Corporate Strategy, setting out strategic objectives for the next 5-10 years. These objectives include a significant up-scaling in development activity, with the Corporate Strategy targeting 200 homes per year over the next 10 years. To support the organisation in the achievement of these objectives, the organisation have launched a Future Fifty transformation programme, aiming to improve and modernise the whole organisation, driving improvements in service and cost through innovation and the use of technology. This role will lead the business analysis capability within the organisation and build the standards for business analysis. Closely work with project management to ensure business needs are being captured and delivered. Be the expert in process mapping to ensure the organisation has efficient processes to deliver excellent service to residents.
Reporting to our Head of Project management this role is within the Innovation Directorate; championing and contributing to the management of the PMO, its performance within the organisation and actively supporting other areas of the business deliver against strategic objectives.
The Successful Applicant
An influential Business Analyst you will have best practice at your core and a proven track record in a business analysis role. Experienced in requirements elicitation techniques e.g. business process modelling, use cases etc. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and direction. You will possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and nurture these traits in others. A recognised formal business analysis qualification e.g. BCS Diploma, is desirable.
Above all else, it's your commitment to a continuous improvement mind-set and resilience to overcome any challenges that you may be faced with. You will be able to bring a fresh and critical eye to review processes and challenge others around you to improve standards. You will also buy into our organisational values and be able to demonstrate those in everything you do.
