My client one of Europe's leading commercial graphics and visual communications companies. They provide branding and image management services.

Job Description

To conduct requirements elicitation and produce high quality position papers, feasibility studies, business cases and tender documentation. This will require involvement in business strategy, workshop facilitation and the benefits management process from identification to realisation.

  • strategically evaluate change; define current and future states, risk and business case
  • provide encouraging challenge making sure financial and functional value is delivered
  • analyse and document business processes; optimising and improving processes, working closely alongside colleagues across Aura
  • produce and own the end-to-end business requirements, pulling together high-quality documentation using industry standard tools and techniques
  • participate in the full project lifecycle where required; understanding and advising where value can be added from your role
  • actively keep on top of industry trends and upcoming developments to provide recommendations on solutions or techniques
  • engage with the business analysis community to support and advance capability

The Successful Applicant

  • confidence working with business and technical change
  • worked with change at a strategic level and have a general appreciation of business strategy and 5-year planning
  • an awareness of Aura's business
  • experience of programme and project delivery
  • the ability to work with a range of business functions - you'll not need to be a specialist on any one of them particularly
  • up-to-date knowledge of BA related industry practices
  • experience working with technical (IT and Tech) and non-technical teams, and the communication skills to be able to talk to both
  • excellent influencing with a wide range of people - able to adapt style whilst challenging people too
  • good relationship management
  • experience using agile and/or waterfall methodologies
