Job Description

  • Generate leads into MSP/RPO and Project Solution buyers (typically, HR Directors, Talent Directors, Procurement and C-Suite Executives),
  • Working across our top 500 customers look for project solutions, RPO and MSP's i.e Identification of white space to upsell to our existing customers
  • Work closely with the BDD, MD and Marketing to create consistent awareness using all available tools (i.e LinkedIn sales navigator, internal data etc)
  • Build a plan that allows us to deliver our business goals through the above client set - lead generation, targeting, networking, pitch through close.
  • Build the PI internal brand, create a culture centred on a strong level of awareness around PO, what we do and the importance / value to our business and customer living our Customer First values
  • Triage inbound sales opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience of self-sourced lead generation and professional ability to pitch solutions to clients.
  • 3-5 years in solutions selling and / or lead generation (both ideally)
    • Inside/Junior BDM level
    • Professional Services
    • B2B Sales
  • Discretion due to exposure to confidential information
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and tasks
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
