Job Description

The Business Development Manager's Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Delivery of agreed sales targets and contract exchanges as per budgets and business plans.
  • Engaging with local and national house builders in a competitive market to win new business.
  • Ensuring they engage with developers at an early stage in the life of a development to be able to provide commercially beneficial open space solutions.
  • Establishing and cultivating positive working relationships with clients, architects, design managers, and local planning authorities.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Development Manager candidate will have the following:

  • A proven track record of success in a business development role, preferably in the construction or materials supply sectors.
  • A track record of selling and delivering added value solutions - this will include presenting and promoting the business at the appropriate level.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with good business and negotiation skills.

Basic salary up to £35,000 plus uncapped OTE
