- Identify new business opportunities within mid-market (100-500 head count).
- Build relationships at C-Suite level.
- Develop a strong pipeline.
- Generate leads to follow up and convert into new business.
- Visit potential customers.
- Attend relevant industry events.
- Drive new business by any means necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Business Development Manager - Field will possess:
- A hunter mind-set. This is a pure new business development role.
- Experience selling a solution.
- Experience in B2B.
- An understanding of metrics and how they contribute towards pipeline.
- An ambition and drive to succeed
- Experience using Salesforce would be beneficial.
- Experience in a field based position.
