Transforming disused space into comfortable and safe living space for local people and key workers to occupy and protect.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structure meetings with prospective clients and update notes on internal CRM system accordingly
  • Nurture new business accounts as efficiently as possible to create and close new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Contribute to closing revenue in accordance with established KPIs
  • Attend networking events
  • Send client emails and letter campaigns
  • Ensure smooth transition from sale to management of the account
  • Increase new stock and build rapport with prospective clients
  • Create and send proposals for new properties
  • Upsell hard services e.g., security guards, caretakers and maintenance
  • Build client network via LinkedIn
  • Attend site visits with prospective clients
  • Calculate financial viability of all deals you do, in line with set bench marks

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience

  • Proven successful track record in a thriving sale driven team
  • Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
  • 5 years+ sales experience
  • Great communication and negotiating skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management
  • Driving licence

What's on Offer

-Base salary plus commission OTE £45k-£55k

-Company car provided for client visits
