Job Description

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts.

Gathering relevant information to understand how prospects and their businesses work and how the platform can meet their needs.

Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions based on this information.

Showcasing the platform and vision to prospects, often including executives and technical stakeholders.

Managing different types of deals - from the single-location flexible offices to multinational companies.

Managing your sales pipeline ensuring the KPI goals are met and exceeded.

Engaging current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence.

Supporting customers in the initial stages of the on boarding process.

Following up with Customers to make sure they are making the most of the platform and maintaining good relationships to provide candidates for the case studies.

Working cross-functionally with many teams internally.

Understanding the platform to provide excellent counsel to the new prospects.

Pro-actively identifying ways of improving the products and services.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Candidate will poses:

1-2 years experience in Sales related roles, preferably in SaaS.

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Have exceptional commercial acumen with proven Account Management / Sales / Customer Success experience.

Understanding of the Real-Estate sector and/or Facility/Property Management is a plus.

Have a fair understanding of web technologies, networking and online transactions.

Organised, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver on many things at once.

Articulate and possess excellent communication skills.

Team-player who is able to work unsupervised.
