Job Description

  • Driving new business development and prospecting major accounts
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
  • Coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client's needs
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
  • Continually improving and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
  • Forecasting and reporting account performances

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience FMCG & Account Management
  • Managing large account portfolios
  • Delivering impressive YoY growths on an already established business
  • Identifying and implementing successful new business initiatives
  • Toy / Gaming experience will be preferred
  • Must be French Speaking
