About Our Client
Our client is a leading Law Firm, based in Cardiff.
Working closely with a well-established Marketing and Bids team, the successful candidate will successfully engage Partners in delivering new business opportunities. The Business Development Manager will build a strong internal network, and coach Partners and stakeholders on how best to engage customers and close new business effectively.
The Business Development Manager will seek to understand the challenges and opportunities in the sector, mapping out market trends and identifying how the organisation can provide a solution. The successful candidate will then use effective communication, and well-honed stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and engage teams in the business development journey.
This role is office-based in Cardiff, and is suited to a candidate looking for the next step in their career.
