The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will look like this:
- Grow the network of customers through lead generation, networking and marketing.
- Identify and engage with new prospects.
- Achieve sales growth and retention objectives.
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Win and retain new business
- Support the on boarding of new customers.
- Be an active voice within the company to help grow and improve their market position and offering.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- An entrepreneurial person who can wear many hats
- Ability to convert prospects into customers.
- Experienced in technology sales a plus
- Solution orientated sales approach.
- Proactive, positive, energetic and self-starter.
- Relationship and communication skills.
- Can work in a demanding but rewarding growing company.
- Consistently over achieve against targets
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
