Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will look like this:

  • Grow the network of customers through lead generation, networking and marketing.
  • Identify and engage with new prospects.
  • Achieve sales growth and retention objectives.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Win and retain new business
  • Support the on boarding of new customers.
  • Be an active voice within the company to help grow and improve their market position and offering.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • An entrepreneurial person who can wear many hats
  • Ability to convert prospects into customers.
  • Experienced in technology sales a plus
  • Solution orientated sales approach.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic and self-starter.
  • Relationship and communication skills.
  • Can work in a demanding but rewarding growing company.
  • Consistently over achieve against targets
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
