About Our Client
As a challenger brand in the world of Health and Beauty, the business have seen huge success over the last few years reaching a turnover of £65M and on target to reach £100M in the next 2 years.
They boast a fantastic portfolio of brands across skincare, haircare, cosmetics and general personal care, with a huge focus on NDP and developing new brands.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
As Business Development Manager, you will report into the Head of Global Sales. The role is a hybrid between account management and new business - around 60% new business and 40% account management.
You will inherit a number of online customers such as Asos, Feel Unique etc and be tasked with winning new accounts in this channel. You will also be involved in the international expansion and will be expected to develop business across Europe.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have managed online retailers previously and understand how they work. We are open to applicants from any FMCG sector however personal care experience would be a huge benefit.
The role is home based with the expectation to attend the office twice a month so it is crucial you have a suitable environment to work from home.
