This client, a tech company that provide access control solutions to other companies, are looking for a BDM to join their team! A market-leader in their field, they have a global reach and a variety of products to sell into companies and businesses!

Job Description

This is a new business role. The successful Business Development Manager will therefore be responsible for bringing new business in from clients such as targets housing, commercial property and councils etc. With a good spread of products to sell, a large patch to cover and a strong need for these products in the market, you will have a great opportunity to smash sales targets. You will be responsible for Wales & South West, so Cardiff / Newport / Gloucester / Cornwall.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Development Manager will need...

  • A good sales track record, with demonstrable experience and sales figures to support
  • This is a fairly autonomous role, so independent motivation and hunger for sales is needed!
  • Personality is crucial for this role; it is important to be a 'go-getter' and want to smash your sales targets!
  • Ideally from a B2B/construction/business services background, however this is not essential and hunger/drive is the most important thing!
