Job Description

  • Handle all aspects of business immigration law
  • Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department
  • Lead and manage a team of lawyers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Drive the strategic direction of the business immigration function
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Immigration Partner should have:

  • A law degree
  • A substantial background in business immigration law
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Experienced in BD and networking
  • A loyal portable client base
