Job Description

Business Systems Analyst to support on projects for a global healthcare manufacturing business based in Warrington. The Business Systems Analyst provides coordination of the company's business applications, with a specific focus on customer facing solutions. The person will have an opportunity to work with internal and external parties to deliver robust, high quality solutions to critical business processes.

Accountability for Customer Portal solution, including developments, training and roll out projects for new customers
Prepare and control operational budget and capital expenditure budget for IT/IS application projects
Responsible for the management of information within customer facing applications
Review, monitor and manage 3rd Party SLA performance (for Applications) and proactively manage relationships

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the Business Systems Analyst, you must be able to demonstrate the following

Customer facing as well as internal applications development and support
Proven technical background covering IT/IS applications
Experience of managing IT/IS projects desirable
Experience with ITIL and associated support models (Service Now/Jira/Confluence
Able to create and execute project work plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to timelines
