As an extremely collaborative and ambitious environment, they are focused on creating the right conditions for colleagues to perform their best.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager (mid-senior level), you will be working on business transformation projects across the business, acting as the conduit between IT and the wider business. You will work with a variety of senior stakeholders to manage the end-end delivery of the business transformation programme in line with the IT strategic plan. As an organisation, their strategy is buy rather than build therefore, you will work with third parties to ensure that the solutions they acquire are integrated seamlessly across the business. Down the line, you may have mentoring and coaching responsibilities and as you grow with the business, the projects will grow too! There may be elements of continuous improvement along the way and the primary concern is to make sure everything is delivered effectively and to time and budget.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be someone who has delivered IT projects to the wider business and has worked with 3rd party suppliers to do so. You will have experience working with brokered internal IT resources and will be able to demonstrate your experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders within multiple work streams. The successful candidate will be adaptable, flexible and resilient and you will be able to challenge when needed. If you have experience working with CRM/ ERP systems then that is a bonus but it is not essential.
