About Our Client

My client is part of a large global producer, a leader in the field of the design and manufacture of commercial ventilation and climate control equipment. Their equipment is supplied to a Global market from their base in Somerset.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities will include -

  • Purchase administration and order processing using an ERP system.
  • Reviewing order acknowledgements & resolving potential issues.
  • Expediting materials from suppliers ensuring on-time delivery in full to the specification required.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager in project costing.
  • Researching new suppliers & assisting in the development of new and existing suppliers.
  • Resolving delivery issues.
  • Maintaining the Purchasing Department filing system.
  • Liaising with Accounts Department on payment & invoice matters.
  • Any other reasonable duty as assigned by the Operations Manager.
