Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing change through Hard and soft FM
  • Utilities purchasing including carbon reduction initiatives
  • managing, negotiating and contracting RFQs and tenders for specific allocated projects
  • Contract Drafting
  • Reporting and delivery of cost saving initiatives
  • Supporting the overall purchasing team to achieve assigned targets
  • Achieve the lowest total cost of acquisition for goods and services taking into account quality, cost, delivery & service requirements
  • Maintain an understanding of internal control standards and requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will

  • Have previous experience working within a purchasing team at a strategic level
  • Be able to work with, influence and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess experience within a project focused environment
  • Be a solid negotiator with experience in indirect procurement
  • Have prior experience working with SAP
