Job Description
Business partnering the CEO, this role will be an integral part of the leadership team across commercial, operations and supply chain.
Develop and refine the financial reporting and flow of management information
Create a best practice function through robust financial process
Management of business projects and new commercial initiatives
Strategic planning around future potential acquisitions
Develop, mentor and lead a large finance team, some remotely
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record in a similar level leadership role across UK and Europe. You will be highly commercial and have experience of working in a transformation environment ideally within FMCG, Logistics or Telecoms sectors. Strong leadership and people management is vital and you will have motivated, mentored and developed people within your teams previously. Ideally with experience within a large matrix structure, and an understanding of what good looks like, this role will have a dotted line into the Group CFO. Particular strength in process and systems improvement will be highly desirable. The role will require an strong communicator who is able to influence and partner at all levels of the business.
