You will have strong commercial acumen, drive and ambition with the ability to be hands on and work with a small leadership team. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to manage relationships with investors and wider business. Experience of M&A would be advantageous.You will have the ability to manage, develop and mentor a small team and be forward thinking and strategic with the ability to work at pace, autonomously. This role would be suitable for a Head of Finance/Finance Director looking for their first step into a CFO role.
