About Our Client

Very exciting time to be joining our client as they are going through a digital change across different countries to all operate on the same system. This is where a Business Change Manager is needed to support.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Change Manager are:

  • Ensure assigned projects are managed in line with company policies and procedures using governance work frames for successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain all formal project documentation throughout project life cycles. Review and manage all KPI time frames while managing upwards as well as highlighting any risks.
  • Proactively lead change management among the business leaders and their teams to ensure a high performing environment. Design and deliver related workshops across the company.
  • Monitor and report on budget plans while identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Establish clear and consistent communication with a range of stakeholders and be able to engage in the bigger picture planning.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Change Manager will have:

  • Has had some exposure of working within business change programmes.
  • Demonstrate you can confidently engage stakeholders and provide high level project reports and defined requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • FLEET management or automatic industry exposure (desirable, not essential)
