Job Description

  • Service Strategy: Managing IT Demand Management and portfolio prioritisation processes.
  • Service Design: Overseeing the IT Service Design process.
  • Service Transition: Managing resources for IT changes and projects, ensuring prioritisation, and overseeing the transition of new IT services into IT operations.
  • Service Operation: Ensuring the change management process is maintained and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Continual Service Improvement: Introducing and maturing processes to enhance IT change and demand management.
  • Management Reporting: Establishing management reporting of IT Change progress to committees.
  • Audit and Assurance: Handling evidence and responses to internal and external audits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in delivering IT change.
  • 5 years + of experience in IT in financial services.
  • ITIL V3 intermediate certification.
