The firm has an excellent reputation across Cornwall, Devon, the wider South West and UK, acting for varied clients base across wide ranging corporate clients, OMBs and SMEs of varying industry sectors and turnovers. Alongside this the firm has a strong reputation in the rural sector, acting for wide ranging farms and associated industries, with a significant number of clients in this sector. The firm also acts for a wide range of smaller sole traders and partnerships. The firm has long standing relationships with clients, providing a client led and client care, service focused approach with long serving staff.
Joining as a Client Manager you will take on the expected responsibilities of managing a client portfolio, providing a quality compliance service across delivering accounts, tax and wider ranging all around, accountancy practice services to a wide range of business sectors, including farming/rural related industries, tourism, retail and other sectors. You will deliver accounting and taxation services and work on added value, planning and business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets. The opportunity provides a genuine chance to develop and progress in your career, joining at a key time in the firms planning for the future development and growth of the practice, so there is scope to carve a key, influential role, working with partners and the wider business progressing in your career.
The Successful Applicant
You will be any of ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT qualified etc with a strong background in accountancy practice. You will have skills managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies and OMBs up to or over the audit threshold, with and emphasis on accounts, tax and advisory work across any business sectors. You will be a manager or similar level, looking for a role where you can develop and progress in your career.
What's on Offer
£30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, negotiable dependent on experience and background.
