About Our Client
A strong business, NHS facing and part of a larger Digital Transformation corporate. This is a relatively new but very strong Business Process Outsourcing service offering, for which the team have made impressive inroads, developing a strong market share to date.
The culture is collaborative, inclusive, proactive, dynamic and innovative. The team are experienced senior level Account Managers with strategic sales experience and a strong understanding of the NHS.

- Build strong working relationships with C-Suite and Director level personnel in Procurement, Finance and HR specialisms within Hospital Trusts, in order to work strategically in partnership to support them in realising efficiencies and cost savings.
- Develop collaborative working relationships internally with immediate team mates and colleagues in multiple functions to deliver a smooth service to customers and to work through complex challenges when necessary.
- Manage your diary and priorities well, to ensure you are efficient with your time and completing the tasks necessary to perform well.
- Build an excellent understanding of the service offering and the process required to deliver the the benefits to the customer.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will come from a Senior Level Account Management background, promoting and complex service to an NHS customer base. Experience of C-suite and Director level networking and relationship building will be key and exposure to a fast paced working environment, beneficial.
Candidates who are professional, articulate, composed and excellent relationship builders will fit with the team and thrive in the role.
