Based in the firms Plymouth offices, this accounting firm has developed a strong reputation across Devon and further afield. The firm acts for a wide spectrum of clients, wide ranging in size and industry, acting for SME, OMBs, corporates, sole traders and partnerships. Core clients range in the £500k - £5million all under the audit threshold.
Joining as a Client Portfolio Manager, in the firms Plymouth offices, you will take on the management of a varied portfolio, fully managing this portfolio, building relationships and ensuring a quality service, reviewing work, meeting clients, with a hands on role preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies alongside this. You will be overseeing the delivery of accounting, taxation, other services and providing business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets. The opportunity provides a genuine opportunity to progress and carve a key career move in this growing firm with excellent prospects for progression on offer for professionals with potential Director/Partner ambitions in the medium and longer term
The Successful Applicant
You will be any of ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, qualified with a strong background in the accountancy practice sector, either at Client Portfolio Manager or moving up to Manager level. You will have skills managing a portfolio of clients, providing the range of accounting and tax services. You may be based in the South West with a profession background and career history in any of, small, medium/large independent firm size or larger top 50/ Mid /Top Tier firm background. Or you will be looking to relocate to the South West in a long term lifestyle and career move, seeking a challenging opportunity in the profession where you can progress in a leading firm of accountants.
What's on Offer
£35,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
