Agencies are quick on the uptake and one such business is hoping to capitalise on this with the appointment of a client services director. The business in question has been through an evolution of its own starting life in the comms space they've successfully reinvented themselves as a fully integrated outfit with a with a strong PR/social and content approach.

As a business they already consistently pitch and win against many of the usual suspects Their key point of difference being their ability to keep high growth FMCG and nutrition businesses agile, front of mind and ahead of the game in hugely competitive markets, in many cases shaping their DTC proposition be they new to the market or heritage brands fighting to keep up.

Job Description

To spearhead the continued growth of this team they're now seeking a client services director who truly loves and believes in their craft, has the same growth DNA and desire to win clients hearts and minds and who wants to inspire the next generation of talent coming through this proud Leeds agency.

You'll manage a seven figure P&L and team of 12 and be someone who relishes helping consumer brands of all shapes and sizes conceive and shape campaigns that help them gain presence, win fans and new customers.

You'll love pitching and the thrill of the chase and bring rooted commercial acumen and a proven track record of growing an agency P&L.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role the chances are you're currently a business director, group account director or client services director sat within an arm of a network and be champing at the bit for a challenge where you can truly play a key role in the direction of a high growth consultancy.

Most importantly of all you'll have had a great schooling and be eager to translate this pedigree onto the next generation of talent ensuring that the agency remain innovative and full of fresh thinking.

A role like this isn't for everyone. It's fast paced and needs a leader with the charisma, track record and guile to keep competing with and outfoxing stiff competition.
