About the role:
* Establish and maintain the client relationship standard of excellence
* Manage senior client expectations, increase client satisfaction and platform engagement
* Identify and develop new opportunities within existing clients to maximise account growth
* Stay ahead of the curve on features and core competencies
* Manage tracking and reporting of user performance to uphold team accountability and promote quality of service
* Monitor and report on progress of client accounts and potential for growth, against financial forecasting and quarterly targets
* Manage contract renegotiation and extensions for existing clients with input from the CEO, VP of Sales and CPO.
* Support, monitor and manage staff development with the client services area
