About Our Client
Our client is multinational Energy Company with operations across the globe.
Responsible and accountable for the delivery of all Engineering office portfolio services provided by Workplace in EMEA.
Managing the delivery and performance of outsourced (Vested) engineering services, within agreed budgets.
Supporting corporate sustainability, environmental and energy ambitions through workplace office engineering solutions and innovations.
Optimising building asset lifespans and minimising failure though workplace maintenance planning, including the balancing of planned, condition based and reactive maintenance.
Ensuring the engineering office portfolio asset database is maintained for accuracy and completeness.
Create consistent office workplace engineering solutions and strategies regionally, that subsequently roll up into the global plan, through innovation and attention to market trends.
Develop credibility for the workplace Engineering services across the EMEA region, with occupiers, to deliver professional services which are fit for purpose.
Act as a global ambassador for the Workplace Function by providing a legally compliant workplace engineering services to occupiers via excellent service delivery to agreed service levels.
Set and manage engineering and systems related budgets for the EMEA office portfolio, which support the asset management of the company's life cycle projections and the wider global engineering budget.
Ensure all workplace regional engineering 3rd party suppliers, adhere to and exceed policies related to performance, compliance and safety, working with them to bring best in class solutions in a timely, cost efficient manner.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent professional experience.
Member of professional institute, with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirement.
Experience of leadership within office workplace engineering services in a large multinational organisation
Demonstrable experience in achieving results in diverse cultures and drives an inquisitive yet respectful mindset whilst promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Good knowledge of managing process efficiency, data quality, systems performance and development and budgetary control, with respect to implementing workplace engineering services outsourcing initiatives.
Track record of initiating, leading and managing a full range of statutory mechanical and electrical engineering processes and services across an office portfolio in a regional organisation, with a diverse portfolio of operations, which will have included critical environments.
Proven track record of leading and developing in house and outsourced engineering teams to deliver high levels of achievement and innovation.
