It's a highly exciting time fo the business who have just obtained first approval and are moving toward PI/PIIa clinical trials!Job DescriptionAs a Senior Scientist (CMC) based in London you will:Support in development and delivery of processes to manufacture immune cell therapy products for clinical trialsUtilise existing knowledge of CGT and GMP to acquire datasets to support regulatory submissionsWork with peers to take pre-clinical ideas and technology, and transfer into manufacturing ensuring complianceEnhance processes by providing specialist knowledge relating to cell techniquesWork on validation and qualification activities to support with tech transferThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful as a Senior Scientist (CMC) you will have:MSc or PhD in Immunology or related biological scienceExperience with a number of immune cell techniques including culture, purification and isolationBioreactors process knowledgeFirst-hand knowledge of GMP regulations with an understanding of process developmentExperience in development / manufacture of ATMPs or Stem Cell productsCleanroom experienceWhat's on OfferThis is a highly exciting time to join this innovative biotech launching into the clinical space!
