Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Commercial Lawyer will be reviewing company paperwork, particularly contracts, and drafting business documents. As a commercial lawyer, you will spend a lot of time researching, writing and editing commercial reports.
The Successful Applicant
The successful commercial lawyer will, primarily, have an interest in joining a business in the cryptocurrency space - prior experience in the sector is not necessarily required, but an initial interest/understanding of the legal industry will be key in securing this role.
