Job Description

The Commercial Property will pick up a range of work including;

  • Advising on high value transactions including investment and development work.
  • Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions
  • Working in niche areas such as later living and advising large universities
  • Supporting junior fee earners
  • Taking the lead on business development activities.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

  • A background dealing with high value Property transactions
  • Likely to be around 6 years plus PQE
  • Ties to the Leeds area.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • A track record of working effectively in a team
