The firm fosters continual professional development, invests in its people, and offers a supportive and inclusive environment.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Property Solicitor will be:Leading development, investment and corporate occupier property transactionsAdvising on site acquisitions, disposals, land promotion and option agreementsConducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating leases, sale/purchase contracts, and associated documentsLiaising with planning, environmental, tax, finance and other specialist teamsManaging junior staff or assistants, mentoring where neededBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients (developers, investors, occupiers)Ensuring commercial awareness and legal risk is managed effectivelyAssisting with business development, pitch work or proposalsMeeting budget, billing, time recording and client service targetsThe Successful ApplicantThe Commercial Property Solicitor should be:A solicitor (or equivalent) with 1‑3 years PQE in commercial property / real estate workExperienced in development, investment, occupier or landlord & tenant mattersStrong drafting, negotiation, commercial awareness and attention to detailAble to manage a transaction from start to finish, including due diligence and project coordinationComfortable working in a team environment; able to contribute to business developmentExcellent communication skills and client facing experienceWhat's on OfferYou'll receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, along with generous annual leave, flexible working options, and professional development support.
