Job Description
As a Commercial Technology Lawyer your key responsibilities will be to advise, draft and negotiate IT related contracts, SAAS agreements and general commercial contracts in the technology sector.
The Successful Applicant
The successful commercial technology lawyer will have 6+ years experience and be comfortable on all aspects of commercial contracts. Further to this, you will demonstrate strong business development skills and have the ability to develop and create new client relationships.
