Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead community engagement strategy across properties, with focus on non-residential assets
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of stakeholders and residents
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on services and outputs
  • Manage bookings for partner organisations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate financial and facilities management for optimal outcomes
  • Service internal governance and partnership structures for effective outcomes
  • Manage facility-related tasks and prioritise excellent customer service
  • Balance income maximisation with community benefit and financial sustainability
  • Prioritise health and safety, compliance, and risk management
  • Control budget for building locations to ensure value for money
  • Collaborate with SEI Programme Managers to monitor and ensure high standards of community center programs

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Proficient in intermediate MS Office skills
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering excellent service against key performance indicators
  • Experience in implementing programs to address community needs
  • Proficient in budget and financial management, including invoice processing
  • Knowledgeable in Facilities Management, Health and Safety, and GDPR requirements
