Key responsibilities of the Compliance Contract Manager (Lifts):
Manage and direct contractual relationships with service providers in line with agreed contracts.
Undertaking excellent contract management including associated project administration.
Ensuring remedial works, where appropriate are carried out in a timely manner and to the quality required.
Work with the Performance Analyst to ensure data is relevant and up to date and that systems are updated effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements are complied with at all times.
Ensure that any required certification is received in a timely manner, to the standard required and is recorded and stored correctly.
Monitor and oversee contracts, measure contractor performance via KPIs in line with contract and taking remedial action where necessary.
Responsible for the day to day management and monitoring of the Property H&S compliance budget.
Handle complaints as required to include best practice and changes to process as a result, if required.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Compliance Contract Manager (Lifts) role you must demonstrate the ability to work at managerial level or equivalent in a similar environment.
You will have strong contractor management skills and experience.
Preferably educated to A-level/Degree standard or equivalent.
You will ideally have worked for either a Housing Association or Local Government in a Property Compliance function.
