My client is a leading international law firm in the City of London.
Job Description
Compliance Officer role in particular will involve a dual focus on conflicts analysis and resolution as well as CDD, AML and sanctions risk analysis.
- Analysing conflict search results
- Managing incoming requests for new client and new matter openings
- Researching new clients for CDD purposes and assisting fee-earners in obtaining the information and documentation required for this purpose
- Implementing and maintaining information barriers
- Conducting sanctions screening
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate will have a solid experience within similar space and strong understanding of AML legislation and conflicts rules applicable in global jurisdictions.
