The Construction Department is responsible for the ongoing and future developments, including any of the product range; ensuring construction of a quality product, safely, within agreed budgets and timescales and working particularly closely with the sales department to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
The construction department also ensures the company's policy on health & safety and the requirements of health & safety legislations are met.
The job holder also liaises with other Departments, particularly Sales on a regular basis, in order to review and comment on a range of construction issues from potential sites through to existing developments.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful career within the construction sector, with a proven track record of working within volume housebuilding in a senior capacity.
