Construction Project Manager - Fit Out ( Gymnasiums )

About Our Client
You will be working for a global retail brand who have added a new acquisition to their forever expanding group. You will assist in the brand new roll out of a number of Gymnasiums across the UK, where you will act as a key member of the delivery team.
You will be responsible for the delivery of circa 20 projects per year ranging in value from £500K - £1.5m. You will report into the groups project lead for the UK & I, and be responsible for the success of your own internal projects team. You will work closely with the QS' to advise and assist where required and proactively manage any changes as well identifying any potential risks and action accordingly. You will also work closely with the wider projects team to deliver progress reports, proposals and documentation where required
The Successful Applicant
You will have direct experience working in a similar Project Management role, ideally for a gym chain or retail client.
You will have proven experience of successfully delivering a number of fit-out projects to a high standard, on schedule and within budget.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.
You will be flexible to the needs of the job and be comfortable with regular UK travel which will also include periods of staying away from home.
You will hold relevant certifications relating to the role and ideally be educated to degree level or hold Project Management diploma or equivalent.
