Home-based with 1-2 days/week site visits to the south coast
About Our Client
Our client is a medium size growing Project Management Consultancy Firm with a variety of projects across private and public sector.
Project Managing 8-12 projects at different stages, between £100k to £500k (some up to £1M) spread across refurbishment and re-configurations mostly with odd bit of extension work. Full life-cycle management including design management, stakeholder interface (clinical stakeholders), managing procurement stage and selection of contractors, management of the delivery work
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidates would have 2 years+ PQE experience in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, or Quantity Surveying. Experience in delivering Public Sector or NHS Health care Projects is highly advantageous.
