About Our Client
You will be working for a market leading sports retailer that operate in over 50 countries and nearly 1000 cities. You will be a key member of the property team, responsible for ensuring their Construction Projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget. This role will be UK based, although future opportunities within the business may give you the potential to work all over the world.
You will manage the project life cycle from feasibility stage through to completion. You will manage multiple projects at a time and be required to visit the sites across the UK. You will be required to produce cost estimates, negotiate with external parties, manage external contractors and consultants, and liaise with other members of the team to ensure smooth delivery. You will be responsible for identifying and managing any risks, managing capex budgets and cash flow forecasts, and health and safety.
The Successful Applicant
You will have had experience in a similar role ideally for another retailer. You will be a good communicator and have excellent organisation skills. You will be familiar with CAD and share a passion for sport and also sustainability. You will have a positive attitude and work equally as well on your own initiative as you do as part of a larger team. You will have good attention to detail and be commercially astute.
