Developing and updating the existing precedent bank: review and update in line with current legislation/case law/market practice - including practice notes;

Develop new precedents;

Departmental fee earner training (generally monthly): finalise yearly programme with Training Partner/organise fee earner delivery on designated topics;

Fielding and responding to fee earner day to day legal and practice queries on miscellaneous construction law issues;

Know how sessions: deliver sessions on recent case law/legislation/developments

Marketing: building blogs - ideas and drafting; articles and ideas; review contributions drafted by others for publication and pitching ideas (via marketing dept.) for articles to be included in other publications e.g. RICS Modus, Construction News, ICE Construction Law;
