Our client is a London-based investment management company developing a prestigious Luxury Hotel Conversion Project in Central London.

Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a luxury, high profile hotel refurbishment and fit out scheme in Central London.

The role holder will be based on site, work with the Construction Director/Head of Projects in overseeing the Main Contractor's throughout the entirety of the construction programme.

Key tasks/responsibilities:

  • Daily site review with the ground works contractor to assess progress, health and safety and general working in accordance with agreed methods and designs;
  • Weekly programme review to assess progress against agreed programme;
  • Weekly site record photo's;
  • Principle point of contact for adjoining owners;
  • Principle lead on all stat diversions and requirements;
  • Hold regular meetings with the contractor;
  • Undertake site inspections with tendering contractors in support of the procurement process;
  • Support of the design team and attend regular meetings as required.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered you will need to demonstrate to have worked in a similar role on either high end residential or luxury hotel construction projects with values in excess of £50m.

Background either Property Developer, Project Management firms or Main Contractors overseeing heavy refurbishment and high end fit out projects.
