Job Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be handing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a variety of queries regarding the services and products the business offers.

You will be supporting with processing claims you will be the first point of contact for the customer gathering and fact finding all required information and dealing with this from start to finish.

The role will be working closely with third party organisations to get the claim dealt with quickly and efficiently and you will ensure the highest level of experience is provided at all times!

The Successful Applicant

Ideally experience working within the motor industry or insurance however the business can be open to the industry

Previous customer service experience and ideally have worked previously in a Contact Centre Environment

Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

An excellent team player
