Job Description
The successful Contact centre manager will be responsible for.
- Developing a new customer focus approach with the success and service teams
- Put in place new systems and process to ensure work is done efficiently
- Work with wider teams to ensure there is a company wide approach
- Develop new non touch customer strategy to further boost efficiency
- Lead a team of circa 10
The Successful Applicant
The successful Contact Centre Manager will have the following skills
- Background in leading customer success/service teams with an eye for sales
- Developed new processes and procedures in line with strategy
- Integrated new technology into existing teams
- Understanding or background in internet/technology sectors
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to get buy in from an existing team
