About Our Client

My client is a fast growing internet business focused on providing wireless connectivity to public places and large buildings. they already have some impressive client and are eager to ensure success with those clients and grow there brand.

Job Description

The successful Contact centre manager will be responsible for.

- Developing a new customer focus approach with the success and service teams

- Put in place new systems and process to ensure work is done efficiently

- Work with wider teams to ensure there is a company wide approach

- Develop new non touch customer strategy to further boost efficiency

- Lead a team of circa 10

The Successful Applicant

The successful Contact Centre Manager will have the following skills

- Background in leading customer success/service teams with an eye for sales

- Developed new processes and procedures in line with strategy

- Integrated new technology into existing teams

- Understanding or background in internet/technology sectors

- Strong team leadership skills and ability to get buy in from an existing team

Salary of circa £60k
