This world leading data and insights business is looking to hire a Contract Manager - Data Protection / IP to successfully support this media & broadcasting division within their HQ in London.

Job Description

The Contract Manager - Data Protection / IP will support the business with supplier contracts. This will include supporting and facilitating negotiations and finalisations of a variety of global, EU and UK specific contracts including:

data processing agreements (DPAs)

standard contractual clauses

NDAs

data licences

content licences

AdTech agreements

service agreements and associated Statements of Work

advertising agreements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a commercial paralegal/contract manager who has had exposure to privacy & data protection. You will be a broad commercial contract manager with an interest in media & broadcasting and looking for an exciting and rewarding career.
