My client is leading Charity based in London. They pioneer research into science, society and the economy working with leading Universities to combat economic problems.

Job Description

The Contract Manager - Research will join this not for profit organisation and be a fundamental player with regarding to the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts.

Typical responsibilities will include:

- providing specialist advice and guidance with regard to research agreements and commercial contracts for services
supporting research

Agreements will include:

- funding agreements

- collaboration agreements

- partnership agreementsYou will work closely with the Legal Team as well as supporting other departments including: Corporate Governance, HR, Data Protection Teams.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Contract Manager - Research will have a law qualification (Law Degree / LPC etc).

Ideally you will have substantive experience within University/Further Education with specific knowledge of research contracts.
