Job Description
The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing a key repairs and maintenance contract in Milton Keynes, worth circa £5m p.a.
They will manage both direct and sub-contracted labour, alongside leading all communication with the client, ensuring the contract is being delivered safely, on time and to budget.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience in a similar role, and must have an extensive social housing background in repairs and maintenance.
