Job Description

The responsibilities of the Contract Manager includes:

- Daily engineering team management

- Compliance

- Monthly reporting

- recommend improvements

- Stakeholder engagement

- Quality assurance

- Financial planning: forecasting, budgeting and analysis, profit delivery

- Ensure strong client relationships

- Review and analyse

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in Building Services industry.
  • HV Authorised Person (Preferable).
  • Completed recognised formal Electrical or Mechanical training (city and Guilds level, ONC/HNC or Higher).
  • Understanding of Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent training preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering services within time constraints.
