The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing day to day operations focused upon delivery of repairs and maintenance services across 10,000 social housing properties. Effective management of multi-trade operatives both direct and indirect will be key. The ability to deal positively with the end client and customers will be paramount to making the role and contract a success. Versatility in approach will be important, juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
The Successful Applicant
The Contract Manager will possess at least 5 years experience in a similar role, working for a main contractor in the social housing repairs and maintenance sector. The ability to understand effectively delivery of responsive maintenance is essential and you will have a strong track record of success in this sector.
