Job Description

  • The contract management of a number of key Pharmaceutical service contracts
  • Gain and maintain a detailed knowledge of the contracts in place
  • Recommend improvements that could be made to contracts
  • Ensure that changes to the contract are negotiated effectively and formal Change Control of the contract takes place efficiently
  • Develop and implement tools and processes that facilitate the effective management of the contract
  • Act as the primary commercial contact with the company and ensure that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly to promote excellent supplier relationships
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, together with their associated solutions
  • To deliver and support new procurements and contract negotiations providing advice on deliverables, timescales, risks and liquidated damages
  • Produces, maintains and records highly confidential and commercial documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years contract management experience
  • Educated to Degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience
  • Experience working closely with other team members and external stakeholders, in a flexible and effective way
